Online Counselling provides flexibility in the ways in which you access therapy, as an alternative to face-to-face counselling. We are pleased to be able to offer you a choice and in doing so aim to provide the most appropriate type of counselling for your needs.
E-mail – where you send a weekly mail to your counsellor, who will then respond to your email within an agreed period of time.
Skype Text where you meet within Skype with your counsellor at an agreed time and date and type in real time.
Skype video - where both you and the counsellor meet at an agreed time and date. You can see and hear each other and talk in real time, via web camera.
