Online Counselling

Online Counselling provides flexibility in the ways in which you access therapy, as an alternative to face-to-face counselling. We are pleased to be able to offer you a choice and in doing so aim to provide the most appropriate type of counselling for your needs.

There are 3 different options for working with your online Counsellor:

  1.  E-mail – where you send a weekly mail to your counsellor, who will then respond to your email within an agreed period of time.

  2.  Skype Text where you meet within Skype with your counsellor at an agreed time and date and type in real time.

  3.  Skype video - where both you and the counsellor meet at an agreed time and date. You can see and hear each other and talk in real time, via web camera.

Why choose online counselling?

  • Working online is accessible from anywhere in the world providing you have access to a computer and can communicate in English.
  • The sessions can be built around your needs and times of availability, offering you flexibility and personal choice about how and when you set up your sessions.
  • Where you choose to conduct your online therapy is up to you providing it is safe place where you won't be interrupted.
  • You may feel more comfortable engaging with an online counsellor, depending on the issues, which may be more difficult to address face to face.
  •  Your counsellor will guide you through setting up your secure online environment.
